AI & Automation Restrictions

• Do not train AI models on our proprietary data without explicit permission
• Do not use AI-generated content to impersonate real individuals or entities

We may implement additional AI usage monitoring and restrictions as AI regulations continue to evolve. Users will be notified of material changes to these policies.

Content Standards

• Reporting violations to law enforcement
• Pursuing legal action

The severity of our response will depend on the nature and severity of the violation, whether it is a repeat offense, and other relevant factors.

We may, but are not obligated to, monitor use of our Services for violations of this AUP. However, we are not responsible for content or activities of users.
