What is a DSAR?
A Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) allows you to exercise your privacy rights under applicable data protection laws. This includes:
- U.S. State Laws: CCPA/CPRA (California), VCDPA (Virginia), CPA (Colorado), CTDPA (Connecticut), UCPA (Utah), OCPA (Oregon), TDPSA (Texas), MCDPA (Montana), and other state privacy laws effective through 2025-2026
- International Laws: GDPR (EU), UK GDPR, Swiss DPA, and other applicable data protection laws
Through this form, you can request to access, delete, or correct your personal information, or opt out of certain processing activities.

What Happens Next
After you submit your request:
- Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation with your request ID within 10 days of receipt.
- Verification: We may contact you to verify your identity before processing your request. Verification methods may include email confirmation, matching information to existing records, or other reasonable methods.
- Processing: We will process your request within the timeframe required by your applicable state or country law:

- Response: We will respond to you via the email address you provided with the outcome of your request and any applicable data.
Note: Some requests may be denied if there is a legal basis to do so (e.g., legal obligations to retain data, fraud prevention, ongoing litigation). If we deny your request in whole or in part, we will explain why and inform you of your right to appeal.
Appeals: If you disagree with our decision, you may submit an appeal by contacting legal@sensesolutions.ai. We will respond to appeals within 60 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
